Golfers at Buffalo Creek Golf area in Florida were filled with fear as they witnessed the presence of an enormous alligator.
The massive reptile, which was actually making its way towards the nearby lake, caused panic among those present.
Charles Helms, an eyewitness to the incident, expressed his astonishment, stating, “I was so startled that I can’t find the right words to describe it.”
Initially, the crocodile laid down on the ground, appearing relaxed, but suddenly it rose to its feet and began moving towards the lake.
While it is not uncommon for alligators to be seen on golf courses in Florida, this particular specimen stood out as the largest they had ever encountered.
Club employees confirmed that this crocodile had been sighted in the area before, leading some to consider it as a symbol of the Buffalo Creek Golf Course.
Moved by the remarkable scene, Charles recorded a video capturing the awe-inspiring moment, intending to share it with his loved ones and preserve the memory of this extraordinary encounter.
