Kita is a very unhappy cat. He lived all his life on the street, never ate enough and suffered from dozens of different diseases. She was always alone and had to face all the hardships of a life full of bad people.
Once the workers of the shelter noticed Kita on the street and decided to help her. First they decided to take the cat to the vet.
Unfortunately, the examination brought bad news: the cat had a tumor on the muzzle, which healed very badly. One of the cat’s eyes was almost completely closed due to the tumor.
The veterinarians recommended that the cat be euthanized. Suddenly, an organization in New York that helped abandoned animals found out about Kit.
They found her and decided to give her a chance because she deserved another chance.
Volunteers consulted with several veterinarians and listed all possible risks, from losing their left eye to being unable to feed in the future, to other facial deformities. Despite everything, they decided to help Keith.
This time she was lucky, because the operation was successful and she recovered very quickly. Kita changed a lot after the operation, her eyes finally began to see fully.
She began to eat, it became much easier, the skin stretched and fell into place. According to volunteers, the cat eats as if it had been starving all its life. She became more cheerful!
She loves people very much and gets along well with other animals. She even made friends with dogs. Kita dreams of a new home and we believe she will find one soon.
