Petsdailynews reports that Leilani, her spouse, and their doggie were on a road trip when they stopped at a petrol station in California.

He observed a happy small puppy sniffing about her car as she waited for her spouse to fill up the tank.

She stopped in front of our car and was simply looking at me when I spotted her wandering around the petrol station, she said to The Dodo.

“And I’m banging my fist against the window, like, ‘Are you seeing this?’ to grab my hubby’s attention.

She then began to follow my spouse around the vehicle. The doggie was panting in the 105 degree heat.

When she started asking others in the neighborhood if the puppy belonged to anybody, it discovered out that the gas station was a popular dump for stray animals.

Wong tried to follow the doggie, but it resisted, so she offered it food and water.

Given how grateful she was for the straightforward act of kindness, it was clear that the puppy was either horribly abused or homeless.

The couple decided to travel with the pup until they found a refuge that would take her, giving her the title Kaia that they really loved.

She was simply frightened, nervous, and hesitant when her spouse and I spent the first night sleeping in the car, according to Wong.
She would simply eat, that is all.

By the time they returned to Washington, she had fully bonded with her new parents. She compared herself to a little magnet.

After learning that she had been rescued, she took her to the veterinary for a thorough inspection and started vaccinating her.

But she and her other dogs got along so well, they couldn’t stand to part with her.

She still doesn’t know how to sleep with objects or what to do when given a bone or treat months later.

But she is exposing herself to you more and more every day, demonstrating to her mother what a loving and active dog she can be.

Her first persona, according to her, “was really shy, fearful, uncertain of herself, and not secure.”

But these days, she is clingy, affectionate, and connected to you. She is in the bedroom with you, so you can’t even leave.

She’s the finest doggie I’ve ever had, I tell everyone,” she remarked.
