In the vicinity of Hobart Boulevard, LAPD officers Tavera and Mercado, who were on duty, spotted a tiny dog walking by itself.
It looked like poor baby was a street doggie and didn’t have anybody to look after him.
To prevent being hit, they immediately snatched the small dog and placed him in their car.
To the police station they took the canine, Hobart.
The lovely dog immediately fell in love with the officers and never desired to leave them.
The officers also developed a romantic relationship with Hobart, as you can watch in the video below.
Hobart is the latest member to their K-9 unit, they also declared.
At that point, something happened that completely altered everything.
He didn’t think about it that one day he would no longer sleep outside and stay famished.
