Julian Stroh’s father played a pivotal role in nurturing his passion for athletics.
Even before he could take his first steps, the young Julian was already swinging his arms, displaying an innate inclination towards physical activity.
His father facilitated his development through weighted toys, frequent outdoor walks, and daily workouts, all of which proved to be immensely beneficial.

As a toddler, Julian eagerly imitated his parents, wholeheartedly engaging in their fitness routines.
Remarkably, despite his tender age, Julian began to develop significant muscle mass, showcasing exceptional strength.
Born in 2004, by the time 2009 rolled around, he had already garnered the title of the world’s strongest child.
Julian’s remarkable feats at such a young age propelled him into the limelight, prompting him and his parents to actively manage social media accounts, amassing an audience of over three million followers.
While Julian continued to train diligently, he did not devote his entire life to athletics.

Now on the brink of turning 18, he maintains an active lifestyle and has found a passion for boxing, although he has no immediate plans to participate in major sports events.
Last year, Julian enrolled in Romania’s Stefan Diaconescu College, where he diligently pursues his education while considering his future aspirations.
Running a video hosting channel, he utilizes the income to support his training and cover his daily expenses.
Julian is profoundly grateful to his father for fostering his fame and hopes to showcase his younger brother’s weightlifting talent to the world in the near future.
Together, they aspire to make a lasting impact in the world of strength and athletics.
