The unlucky traveler was once found by a Coast Guard group flying in a helicopter over the uninhabited corners of Alaska. They accidentally spotted a lone man waving at them from the air.
The missing tourist was found at the right time. In a day or two, he said, it would be dinner for a bear that had been trying to hunt him for a week.
The man, who wished to remain anonymous, said he went on a solo tour. He pitched a tent near the city of Nome. But there he was noticed by a bear who came to the camp every night and wanted to catch him.

In order to be found and rescued, the tourist hung an SOS sign on the roof of a house near a coal mine and it worked: the nearest guards noticed it first.
Upon closer examination, it turned out that the man was injured. The bear hurt his leg and scratched his chest.
He was immediately sent to the hospital for treatment, where, in addition to bruises and abrasions, doctors discovered that he had severe insomnia and exhaustion.

According to the American, the bear managed to pull him out of the tent and drag him to the river. He was saved by the gun he kept on him, he was unable to kill the grizzly, but he scared it away with his weapon and survived.
But the stubborn predator did not calm down, he began to return to the camp every night and the tourist did not allow himself to sleep and was ready for an attack at any moment.

Experts say he was very lucky, as the cases of bear attacks ended badly. Grizzly bears have killed at least 5 people since the start of winter in North America.
The latest case occurred in Montana in early July, where a 64-year-old woman became a victim of a predator. If it was interesting, please share it with your friends and family !
