When it comes to love at first sight, there is no doubt about it. This is exactly what happened to a woman named Jane, who lives in New York.
It all started with the fact that one day she saw a huge shaggy St. Bernard in a photo of a shelter. He looked at her with such eyes that it was simply impossible to resist. Jane could not remain indifferent.
This purebred St. Bernard, a beautiful thoroughbred dog, was left in a shelter by his owner. The staff fell in love with the shaggy dog at first sight and sincerely hoped that he would again have owners.
Meanwhile, Jane was just looking at photos of shelter animals. Despite the fact that the woman had pets in the house, including adorable rabbits, she decided that Cosmo was perfect for her family.
True, there was one moment that complicated everything: the St. Bernard was in the state of Nebraska, and in order to take him home, it was necessary to travel a day from New York.
When she decided that, she was sure that half the world would think she was crazy! But that didn’t stop her. She firmly knew that Cosmo would live with her!
Soon Jane was in Nebraska and welcomed the dog with open arms. And the dog showed interest in a man who came especially for him.
True, Cosmo had never traveled before, and therefore he was very worried. When he got into the car, he felt insecure and he rolled from paw to paw, trying to get comfortable. It was a very tiring road ahead, and Jane was also very worried.
But everything ended great. As soon as Cosmo was in his new home, he happily rushed to the dogs and it became clear that he was a great companion!
True, the glorious dog has never lived in a house before, so he can hardly estimate the size of his body. Sometimes he awkwardly turns and turns things over, and sometimes he can’t immediately find a place in the room to get comfortable.
And yet, these are trifles compared to the fact that Cosmo now has a family. His owner adores him, children are delighted with him, and pets are completely happy that they have a new friend!
