A cute rescued kitten is taken out of its cage to calm a frightened dog at the vet

This cute brown kitten named Biscuit was found in a storm drain after a thunderstorm. He was all wet and called people for help.

Rescuers quickly took the kitten to the veterinary clinic. Since the condition of the animal was unknown, he was placed in a temporary isolation room where he could get some sleep and recover.

Biscuit was very nervous about being in a new place. He appeared to be no more than 10 weeks old and clearly had little contact with people.

The kitten was not alone in the cage. A few meters further away, in her cage, was Ann, a stray dog found hiding in the bushes near the sports center.

Cats and dogs are usually kept in separate rooms in a veterinary hospital, but in an isolated wing, animals of all kinds survive together in quarantine. One morning, the clinic staff came to work and found that Biscuit was sleeping in the same cage as Ann.

The kitten curled up next to the dog. Ann, despite her weakness, was very gentle and attentive to her new little friend. She liked the company of a cat. And, apparently, she really needed communication and support and found a friend in her.

Although the staff repeatedly tried to separate the friends, Biscuit always got out of her box again and went back to Ann. Both were determined to get through the hard times together.

Doctors have already given up and got used to it. The kitten eventually settled into Ann’s box of food, water, and a litter box.

She entered the clinic in a deplorable condition, now Ann is on the mend. Communication with a new friend helped her regain the will to live and fight.
