This American actor has become a shining example of expressing kindness to everyone.
We are talking about Chris Salvatore, who made an unexpected decision by becoming friends with an 89-year-old woman.
When he moved into his apartment in LA, he saw a woman looking out the window sending a friendly greeting to him.
The actor decided to visit her after learning that she lives alone with her cat.
He realized that the least he could do for her was to spend time with her to fill her loneliness.
Soon his visits became regular and they both became best friends in no time.
Both of them enjoyed spending time together and they liked to talk for a long time and tell funny stories.
The artist shared pictures with his friend on his social media. In the pictures, they often celebrate holidays or eat pizza together.
What is remarkable is that his posts together with the woman got more likes than any of his published posts.
Then, however, their bright and warm days began to fade, because the elderly woman was diagnosed with leukemia.
Chris immediately went to work to help her and set up a GoFundMe page asking for help.
It was simply incredible as over $34000 was raised in one night.
That made them very happy. Even just thanks to Chris’s posts, people managed to love Norma very much and help her as much as possible.
However, funds soon began to run out. And Chris made a decision. He offered the woman to move to his apartment.
That way it would be more convenient for both of them. He could thus take care of her, giving her the care she needed.
Norman never wanted to bother Chris though. Even until the last moment, she refused to go to the hospital.
She wanted to be with Chris and the cat. In the last years of her life, she found someone who became her family in a short time.
Unfortunately, some time later, Norma died. It was very painful for Chris and he decided to share his safness on social media.
